New Direction - Support & Mental Wellbeing Focused

I can no longer count the many times I decided to 'totally-re-do' what I blog about. I went from Beauty Blogging to Vegan Blogging, to even wanting to become a Travel Blogger (with sadly not much travel experience)... After a long time of thinking I finally decided to just post about one thing that I know best, myself. 

As someone who struggled immensely from childhood abuse, toxic parenting, mental health diagnosis, a four-year abusive relationship, and afterward, a diagnosis of BPD - I am here to reach out and help others going through similar struggles.

This isn't going to be any magical fix (as much as I wish it could be).. but this can be everything I have mustered up, and more. This is the guide to what helps me every day, I hope this can help you too.
