
Chickpea Curry is one of my favorite vegan dishes. It's super easy to make and doesn't cost much!
Step 1: Cook Rice (about 2 cups)
Step 2: Add oil and garlic to sauce pan.
Step 3: Add one can of coconut milk and 1 1/2 tbs of curry paste (green)
Step 4: Add any seasonings you’d like
Step 4: Once mixed add can on chickpeas and any veggies you’d like
Step 5: Cook until boil
Step 6: Add organic sugar cane
Once completed this you are good to add the curry to the rice. I like to estimate the amounts I use but above is pretty close to what I used!
