Essence Sun Club Matt Bronzing Powder | Review

$4.99 at Ulta
At the begging of the of the summer I needed a bronzer so I went into my local drug store and bought this essence matt bronzing powder since I really like essence products. This bronzer isn't too dark on the skin, blends nicely, and smells amazing.

How I Apply:

  1. After foundation and powder is on I brush the bronzer onto the hollows of my cheeks.
  2. Apply a little around the hair line.
  3. Apply a little around neck line under chin and jaw. (Blend, Blend, and Blend)
This bronzer is light feeling and doesn't need to be applied in a large amount. A little bit on your brush can go along way. I have light/medium skin but bought the brutettes bronzer because I felt like the blondes would be too light for my skin. The brunettes bronzer isn't too dark and gives my face more shape too while not looking like harsh lines or orangeness. It also smells amazing; like coconut. I don't like coconut at all, on anything. I hardly like the smell but when it comes to this bronzer I really like it and think it smells amazing.

Pros:

  • Smells amazing.
  • Doesn't look orange or harsh.
  • Blends well.
  • Matt (I think that's all I have to say about this one)
  • Not too dark.
  • Affordable.

Cons:

  • Not 100% as natural looking as I hopped.
Even though I do not use this product as much anymore it still is in my makeup box and I will defiantly wear it again; probably more in the winter since I don't need a sparklyish bronzer then. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable cruelty free bronzer; that also smells amazing did I mention, haha.

Thank you for taking your time and reading this today! I hope you enjoyed it and find something new. Let me know your favorite essence products below! (:
