Visit to VICTORIA, BC -- Woman's March - China Town

It's been a very long time since I last posted. I've changed the main context of my blog from a cruelty free beauty blog to a blog all about me, myself, believes, lifestyle, and of course still come cruelty free beauty.

As for an update from me, I have relocated to a beautiful new place across Canada called Vancouver Island. After a long four years of a not so great relationship I have found my own apartment, a lifestyle which is much more friendly, and the inspiration to start blogging again.

As for this post, this is going to be about my visit to Victoria from the small town of Sooke. It's about an 45 minute drive to Victoria, but the nature, wild animals, small town feel is absolutely worth it. I caught the bus super early at 9:00, and yes I know it may not be that early but is very early to me.

The main reason to be in town that day was to support and walk in the Victoria's Woman's March in downtown Victoria. After being a long time feminist and strong supporter of equal rights I felt it would be a great idea.

The walk started off with some AMAZING speeches from First Nation's Woman which led into the starting of the March. It started at the Victoria, BC Parliament Building and led down the streets. A great about of woman walked though the march as well as some men.

Once we got to the ending there were some tables set up with information about different local organizations for Woman's Rights.

After briefly viewing them but unfortunately unable to donate or buy an pins as I had forgotten to get cash and only had my debit card I headed out. I walked down the street to leave and passed the entrance of China Town. As I had never been there I decided to go down the streets a bit.

After viewing one of the main streets in China Town I ended up walking onto another street which lead to one of the main roads where I found the entrance to one of my favorite parts of Victoria. It lead to this cute square at Pacific Rim Collage was has many cute little stores.

After browsing around and talking some photos I headed towards the bus stop. On the way to the bus spot I stopped at a Comic Books store. In the store I grabbed some new versions of the Avengers Comics as I am collecting them for my boyfriend.

Once that was done I headed to the bus stop and waiting for the bus to take me to work as I worked that day at 4.

Below are some photos taken from the day as well as some videos.

Thank you very much for reading my post and I promise more cruelty free makeup, adventure posts an videos, easy meals, vegetarian and creative meals to come.
